Harry Caunce

   When I set up this site it was of course to showcase my work with a view to finding
customers. I wanted the site in someway to be like a book, displaying the range of subjects I like to paint and the different styles in which I paint.
  Since 1984 when I went to my first drawing lesson, art has always continued to hold a fascination for me. It has made me far more observant and far more interested in the world around me.
 The art classes I run at Mellor have made me many new friends and I like to think that my enthusiasm for art has been passed on to them, but most of all I have been the biggest learner, having to demonstrate in front of a class certainly focuses the mind.
